Access Google Geocoding in Excel
- Geocoding - Converts a string address (e.g. '5th Avenue, New York' into geocode information.
- Reverse GeoCoding - Converts latitude and longitude into geocode information.
- Types (for example 'establishment' or 'street address')
- Location Type (for example 'approximate' or 'rooftop')
Add from Manager
The Google Geocoding Connector is available in the Connectors Manager in the top ribbon:
Head over to the GEO Category and install Google Geocoding:
To use the Connector you need an API key. If you don't have a key, we recommend following the step-by-step instructions on this page
Paste the key in the settings window inside the Google Geocoding connector taskpane:
